Prakash had a look at my deco apartment and recommended heatpumps-- two floor and a wall mounted unit. He helped me navigate a very complex body corporate process for getting approval for the external ducting and outdoor unit.
He remained generous, calm and incredibly helpful throughout a process that had me tearing my hair out. I wouldn't have been able to do it without his help. He remained available to navigate the various complexities that came up over some weeks, brought his best installation team in, and was there for the install, and the completion. It's worked out really well --the heatpumps have significantly warmed the apartment and improved airflow.
He went above and beyond for me, and for this job. I really appreciate it.
Honestly, I wouldn't deal with any body else. Prakash was fantastic.
And the installation crew were great too. Joe was really professional and experienced. As was Husnu, the electrician.
Only thing--I wish they'd used drop cloths to protect the floors and furniture from the mud/dust/etc. Had to do a clean in all rooms afterwards to get it right for my tenants This was only a very small thing though.
Highly recommend this professional, no nonsense, calm, solid team. And particularly Prakash! He's solid gold.

The team at Clarkson were excellent. They installed a split system with two cassette units in the ceiling of our 100 yr old house. Good communication, did what they said they were going to, were punctual, and quality work. Recommended.

We used Clarkson AC to get a ducted AC + Lossnay installed upstairs and a high-wall downstairs for a bedroom installed into our 20 year old house. Prakash came out to give us a initial quote. He was great to deal, he guided us through the pros and cons of items e.g zones vs no zones etc.
They provided R1.0 insulation for the ducting without me having to ask for it. The units ended up being larger than expected which meant an additional hole being cut out at our cost to repair, however the overall install was very good. A family member thought that the ducts and return grills were there from when we first purchased the home.

I called to obtain information about a Lossnay ventilation system and ground Prakash to be very knowledgeable, friendly and he took time to ask many questions about my home, to understand our lifestyle etc to get a feel for what solution was most suited. I found him to be outstanding in terms of wanting to genuinely help me, particularly as he spent time explaining how ventilation works and the importance of it in a new build such as mine. Thanks to him as I plan to hopefully get the system installed, I even know the model number! Highly recommend.
UPDate: I ended up getting these guys to install the system. Prakash take an the time to ensure the right system is selected for your needs and home. In the install team is very friendly, competetent and good at involving you before cutting into your cladding for external vents. They even tried up! Highly recommen
